9th generation owner of Brasserie Bofferding, George Lentz, returns to Wisconsin from Luxembourg, and will lead guests through a journey of the palette in the newly renovated private dining space of Centraal Grand Café and Tappery.

Four seasonally-inspired courses, created by Lowlands Group Culinary Director, three-time James Beard-nominated Chef Thomas Hauck, will be expertly paired with specialty Bofferding biers.
