Brunch, Every Day!
Starting today, all of our Café Hollander locations are going to serve brunch every day. You read that right: Brunch. Every. Dang. Day.
We hope you’re as excited about this news as we are.
We didn’t just decide to take our weekend brunch over to the Monday through Friday schedule, oh no, we are also bringing you a whole host of new menu options. We’re still keeping some of our tried and true favorites—beignets and our famous Liège waffles aren’t going anywhere—but we’ve now added over two dozen new items to our brunch line up.
This menu is the first major update since Chef Thomas Hauck joined Lowlands Group in May of this year. Chef Hauck spent the last few months developing the menu with his culinary team, including a trip to Belgium and the Netherlands in early September to research traditional Dutch cuisine. Pannekoeken, a large, crepe-like pancake is one item inspired from the trip that has been added to the new brunch menu.
Also new to the menu are many of the ingredients used. In addition to local cheeses, maple syrup, sausage, honey and more, the menu now features eggs from Burlington’s Yuppie Hill Farms and Dairy from Sassy Cow Creamery located in Columbus, WI. Beyond the food, we are also introducing our brand-new collaboration with Milwaukee’s own Colectivo Coffee, to celebrate this new exclusive blend, we are offering free coffee during weekday brunch all November!
