GIFT CARD QUESTIONS

CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD?
Yes, you may check your balance online using this form.

DO I NEED TO ACTIVATE THE GIFT CARD AFTER I RECEIVE IT? 
No. Every gift card is activated at the time of purchase.

CAN I SEND A GIFT CARD AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN MYSELF?
Sure can. Click the box next to “Ship to a different address?” Then, fill out the person’s Name and Address; along with any special notes or messages you would like included.

ARE THE GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ONLINE E-CARDS?
All gift cards purchased online are physical cards that will be mailed to you. We do not offer downloadable gift cards at this time.

2021 HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHER QUESTIONS

WHAT’S THE PROMO?
For every $100 worth of gift cards purchased between November 16, 2021 and December 24, 2021, guests receive a complementary $25 Holiday Bonus Voucher redeemable at any Lowlands Group restaurant.

WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY VOUCHER?
2021 Holiday Vouchers are redeemable between January 2, 2022 and March 31, 2022.

RESTRICTION DETAILS

  • No cash value, no cash back from purchases, no change or credit will be given 
  • Vouchers may not be used towards gratuity
  • Not valid for online purchases from the Lowlands shop
  • Bonus voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

DETAILS ON ALLOWANCES

  • Gift cards and Holiday Bonus Vouchers may be combined for the same purchase
  • There is no limit to the number of Holiday Bonus Vouchers that may be used together. Please note that a guest cannot apply a voucher towards gratuity and a guest will not receive cash back or credit after using it.
  • Gift cards do not have to be ordered in increments of $100 to receive the holiday bonus vouchers. Every $100 worth of gift cards purchased earns a customer a $25 Bonus Voucher, but the gift cards must be purchased at the same time. Meaning, if someone bought two $50 gift cards, but they were separate transactions, they would not be eligible for a Holiday Bonus Voucher.

IS THERE A WAY TO TRACK MY PURCHASE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Gift cards are sent through standard USPS mail. No tracking number is included. If you do not receive your gift card after a week of purchase. Please reach out to our main offices at shop@lowlandsgroup.com.

Apparel is shipped via USPS as well. Due to the low quantity of orders for apparel we receive, we do not automatically issue shipment tracking numbers at this time, although we are able to track packages on our end. If your shipment seems to be tardy, or you would like a tracking number for your order, please request one from shop@lowlandsgroup.com and include your order number.

Sorry, we only offer domestic purchasing and shipping at this time.

Yes, if it is within 24 hours of the order being placed.
