Join us as we celebrate fall with the inaugural Tosa Farmers Market Dinner in the Street! We teamed up with our Tosa friends Le Rêve, Ristorante Bartolotta and the Tosa Farmers Market to create a unique and memorable dinner under the lights in the middle of State Street in the heart of the Wauwatosa village.

Following the market festivities of Tosa Harvest Fest, State street we will be closed off for a 4-course dinner with fresh produce from the Tosa Farmers Market by Executive Chef Thomas Hauck of Lowlands Group, Chef de Cuisine Sarah Edith Obear of Le Rêve and Executive Chef Juan Urbieta of Ristorante Bartolotta.

You won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind dining experience. Tickets are only available on Eventbrite and are expected to sell out quickly! And plan on coming to the village early that day to enjoy the Farmer’s Market in its normal location until noon and the Tosa Village Fall Harvest Festival on State Street—with live music and more—until 6pm, when dinner begins!

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
Tickets are only available online until September 21, 2018. Tickets will not be available for purchase on site on the day of the event.

Where do we go for this event?
There will be one large, long, 100-person dinner table set up on State Street in the Village that will be hard to miss!

Do I have to be 21 to attend?
Yes. Because we will be serving alcohol along with this dinner, we ask that all guest in attendance are over 21 years of age.

Do I need to tip the staff?
A small service fee is included in the price of the event, but tips are always welcome for the staff.

I have special dietary needs, can you accommodate me?
This dining experience will be served family style, however, if you or your guest have any dietary restrictions please let us know with your purchase and we can do our very best to accommodate. Unfortunately, day-of requests cannot be honored.

Do we need to arrive right at 6pm?
Yes. Dinner starts promptly at 6pm, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to find your seat and get a drink. 

Where should I park?
The Village offers ample street parking, a structure and municipal lots. We recommend you park at the lots near the Little Red Store located at 7720 Harwood Ave, and walk over the bridge for the complete “European” experience!

What if it rains?
In the case of inclement weather, we will be creating a unique progressive dinner event with all four restaurants at a later date. We will contact you with all of the details if this is the case.

Who is running this dinner?
Four Tosa Village restaurants and the Tosa Farmers Market have collaborated closely to create this unique event. Together, Café Hollander, Ristorante Bartolotta, Le Rêve and Café Bavaria bring a European flair to the Village, which recently undertook a very European makeover. To celebrate the reopening of the village, we’ve come together to create this unique experience for our community.

Where are all of the restaurants located?
The dinner will be in a long table, running down the middle of State Street. All of the collaborating restaurants are located just steps from one another in the Wauwatosa village at these addresses:
