CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD?
Yes, you may check your balance online using this form.
DO I NEED TO ACTIVATE THE GIFT CARD AFTER I RECEIVE IT?
No. Every gift card is activated at the time of purchase.
CAN I SEND A GIFT CARD AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN MYSELF?
Sure can. Click the box next to “Ship to a different address?” Then, fill out the person’s Name and Address; along with any special notes or messages you would like included.
ARE THE GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ONLINE E-CARDS?
All gift cards purchased online are physical cards that will mailed to you. We do not offer downloadable gift cards at this time.
IS THERE A WAY TO TRACK MY PURCHASE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Gift cards are sent through standard USPS mail. No tracking number is included. If you do not receive your gift card after a week of purchase. Please reach out to our main offices at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Apparel is shipped via USPS as well. Do to the low quantity of orders for apparel we receive, we do not automatically issue shipment tracking numbers at this time, although we are able to track packages on our end. If your shipment seems to be tardy, or you would like a tracking number for your order, please request one from email@example.com and include your order number.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART?
Below are standard sizing charts for our apparel. If you’re truly concerned about fit, we’d encourage you to visit one of our grand cafés to try on the apparel in person.

HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHER QUESTIONS
DOES THE HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHER HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
Yes, our Holiday Bonus Voucher is a complimentary voucher that is awarded for every $100 in Lowlands Group gift cards purchased from November 24th (Black Friday) through December 24th of 2018. Because it is a voucher and not a gift card, it does have some restrictions for use.
WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS ON THE HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHER?
- Voucher valid January 2, 2018 through March 30, 2018
- No cash value, no cash back from purchases
- May not be used towards gratuity
- Not valid for online purchases
- Bonus voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
DO I GET CASH BACK WHEN I USE THE HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHER?
No, the Holiday Bonus Voucher has no cash value and no change or credit will be given.
CAN I USE A LOWLANDS GROUP GIFT CARD WITH MY HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHER?
Yes, you may combine gift cards and Holiday Bonus Vouchers for the same purchase.
HOW MANY HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHERS CAN I USE AT ONCE?
You can use as many Holiday Bonus vouchers together as you have. Please note that you cannot apply a voucher towards gratuity and you will not receive cash back or credit after using.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER GIFT CARDS IN $100 INCREMENTS TO RECEIVE HOLIDAY BONUS VOUCHERS?
No. For every $100 worth of gift cards you order you will receive a $20 Holiday Bonus Voucher. For instance, if you were to purchase one $100 gift card, two $50 gift cards and five $20 fit cards, for a total of $300 worth of gift cards, you would receive three $20 Holiday Bonus Vouchers worth a total of $60. The gift cards must be purchased at the same time however. Meaning, if you bought two $50 gift cards, but they were separate transactions, you would not be eligible for a Holiday Bonus Voucher.
