Ten years. A whole decade. It feels like only yesterday we were breaking ground at Hilldale, ready to bring Café Hollander’s legacy to a brand-new community. And wow—what a wild, beautiful ride it’s been.
Madison, you’ve been our people from the start. We’ve cheered on Wisconsin wins together, Spicy Badger in hand. We’ve witnessed love stories unfold under ivy and bicycles. We’ve shared the magic of our Alpen Globes each winter, toasting to snowy nights under twinkling lights. We’ve navigated unpredictable times side by side (looking at you, global pandemic). And through it all, one thing has never wavered: your support. (Well, that and cheese curds. 😉)
