Café Hollander
Our story started with Café Hollander back in 2007 in Milwaukee’s Downer neighborhood. Our first Grand Café came to be after many bicycling trips to the Lowlands region of Europe. Inspired by the great Grand Cafes and our love of all things bicycling, Belgian biers, mussels and frites. Café Hollander integrates some of the region’s rich culture and “neighborhood place” to meet with friends, family, colleagues, enemies and allies over espresso,

Centraal Grand Café & Tappery
Traveling by train is one of the best ways to experience the truly energetic and vibrant melting pot of Europe. Inspired by the Centraal Station in Amsterdam and the Grand Cafes surrounding it, travel vicariously through your food and drink as the Centraal Grand Café & Tappery menu features an eclectic array of influences inspired by Amsterdam’s world food culture – from traditional street foods, to global favorites and classic cafe fare.

Café Benelux
An urban grand café inspired by the “Benelux” region of Europe: Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward, Café Benelux is recognized for it’s landmark rooftop patio and carefully-crafted food, bier, and cocktail menus.

Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club
Tavern and supper club inspired by the multi-generational, family-run restaurants in Wisconsin’s Northwoods. Buckatabon’s from-scratch menus and impressive drink program feature familiar favorites, as well as modern twists on Wisconsin tradition.
