World Elephant Day

Celebrate World Elephant Day with Save the Elephants (in the square)! What does that entail, you ask? Live music, great weather, and bier—including our appropriately featured bier of the month, Delirium Tremens, and it’s sister bier, Deliria.

Join us at The Corners of Brookfield on Thursday, August 11th for live music in the square from 5:30-8:00pm, where Café Hollander’s bier tent will feature two world-renowned biers. The best part? All proceeds benefit the Save the Elephants foundation!

Delirium Tremens

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone is supported by a pleasant warmth and spice, and finishes well rounded, floral, and dry.

Deliria

Brewed by women brewers around the world (including our very own COO!) for International Women’s Day, this dangerously strong blonde ale doesn’t need cahoonas to have cahoonas—ya know what we’re sayin’?

For every Delirium Tremens and Deliria bier purchased at Café Hollander’s bier tent during Live Music in the Square, The Corners and Delirium will both be donating $1 to the Save the Elephants foundation. Interested in making an additional donation? Visit the Wildlife Conservation Network to donate.
