Red Flannel Hash
(Only available Saturday 3/19 & Sunday 3/20)
Corned beef tossed with beets, new potatoes, and pickled red onion. Topped with two poached eggs and oven-roasted tomato hollandaise. Finished with crispy onion strings and freshly chopped parsley.
Corned Beef Sandwich
Tender corned beef, house-made kraut, and melted Swiss cheese topped with spiced Russian dressing tucked between slices of thick-cut marble rye. Served with steak fries and sliced pickles.
Corned Beef & Cabbage
Braised brisket glazed with stone ground mustard and brown sugar. Served with butter-basted cabbage, honey butter baby carrots, and oven-roasted new potatoes with parsley.
