It’s hard to believe it’s been five whole years since Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club opened its doors, bringing the flavor, charm, and spirit of the Northwoods to the heart of Tosa Village. And we’re ready to party like it’s opening day all over again (without the masks and social distancing this time).
Join us April 21–27 as we celebrate Buckatabon’s 5th Anniversary with a week-long celebration packed with Northwoods-inspired cocktails, scratch-made snacks and entrees, throwback specials, and of course, plenty of prizes.
Northwoods-Inspired Throwback Cocktails
We’re reviving some of our most legendary sips and shaking up the nostalgia with a trio of unforgettable anniversary cocktails:
- THE PAUL BUNYAN
A bold beast of a drink featuring bacon-infused Jack Daniels, house bloody mary mix, horseradish BBQ sauce, a stack of savory garnishes (hello, cheese curd and beef stick straw!), and a Northwoods attitude. - LAND OF OAK AND HONEY
A smooth and sultry blend of brown butter-infused Still and Oak bourbon, fig jam, cherry, orange, honey, and Lowlands bitters. Like sipping the soul of the forest. - PINK SQWIRL
A creamy, dreamy homage to the classic Pink Squirrel, this sweet sipper swirls crème de almond, crème de cacao, maraschino cherries, and strawberry syrup into a glass of pure retro joy.

Whether you’re here for a midday bite or a classic supper club dinner, we’re throwing it back with dishes that are big on flavor.
Deviled Egg Flight
Each flight includes six elevated deviled eggs (two of each flavor)—no substitutions, just deliciousness:
- Larry’s Deviled Eggs: Mustard, shallot, chives, smoked sea salt, pickled red onion, Milwaukee’s dill pickle
- Bloody Mary Deviled Egg: Tajin, mustard, pickles, celery, olive
- Merkts Beer Cheese Deviled Egg: Merkts cheese, bacon, cracker, green onion
The Buckatano
A hearty hoagie stacked with thinly sliced salami, prosciutto & capicola, creamy burrata, tangy green tomato chow chow, pickled red onions, and lightly dressed arugula on a soft sesame-garlic bun.
Door County Roasted Duck
A supper club stunner: half duck roasted and drizzled with sour Door County cherry jus, served with a hearty basmati & wild rice pilaf and braised Swiss chard.
Crab & Brie-Stuffed Salmon
Atlantic salmon rubbed with spices, stuffed with rich crab, brie, garlic, and herbs, then set atop a wild rice, asparagus, and sweet pepper hash with a tarragon-pepper sauce and pistachio crumble.
Door County Cherry Pie
It wouldn’t be a proper celebration without a slice of our fan-favorite pie. This sweet-tart masterpiece is loaded with Wisconsin cherries and cranberries, kissed with citrus, nestled in a flaky butter crust, and served à la mode.
