Corned Beef & Butternut Hash
Breakfast hash composed of shredded corned beef, squash, apples, poblano peppers, onions, and breakfast potatoes. Topped with poached eggs, hollandaise, and a side of rye toast.

Shredded corned beef brisket topped with honey-sweetened onions, and melted gruyere cheese. Served on a rye bun with pickles, horseradish smear, and a side of frites. 

Guinness Braised Corned Beef Dinner
Tender slices of corned beef served with Irish colcannon potatoes, honey mustard glazed carrots, and horseradish smeared rye.
